Embark on a transformative journey through India's Catholic holy sites. Our pilgrimage begins in Goa, where we will pay homage to the revered remains of St. Francis Xavier. A Spanish missionary and co-founder of the Jesuit order, St. Francis Xavier is celebrated for his extensive evangelistic work in Asia, particularly in Goa, where his remains are enshrined in the Basilica of Bom Jesus.

Next, we travel to South East India to honour St. Thomas and experience the profound spiritual significance of his legacy. Immerse yourself in the captivating blend of Indian and French cultures in Pondicherry. Seek solace and blessings at Our Lady of Velankanni, a renowned Catholic shrine on the pristine shores of South India.

This pilgrimage offers a rich tapestry of faith, culture, and history. Reflect on architectural marvels, appreciate profound legacies, and be enriched by a journey that nourishes the soul and ignites the senses.

  • KUALA LUMPUR > CHENNAI > GOA

    You will be departing from KLIA1 with a transit in Chennai before arriving in Goa on the same day.

    After customs and immigration, we will head to check in at the hotel.

  • GOA

    In the morning, we will proceed to the Basilica of Bom Jesus, home to the revered remains of St. Francis Xavier. We will dedicate the remainder of the day to exploring this historic shrine, paying homage to the saint, and engaging in prayer and reflection. Next, we will visit the Church of St. Francis of Assisi. This church is a remarkable example of Portuguese colonial architecture and a significant historical landmark.

    Afterwards, we will enjoy our lunch at a nearby establishment before proceeding to explore the majestic ruins of the St. Augustine Tower, a testament to Goa's rich colonial past. We will conclude the day with a visit to the Immaculate Conception Church. Its prominent position on a hilltop makes it a key landmark. It offers a panoramic view of the city and is a popular spot for visitors.

  • GOA > CHENNAI

    In the early morning, we will check out from the hotel, we will board a plane and travel to Chennai.

    In Chennai, we will begin our journey to the Basilica of the National Shrine of St. Thomas, also known as St. Thomas Mount National Shrine, a sacred site where St. Thomas the Apostle is believed to have been martyred and where his remains are enshrined, and then to St. Patrick's Church, renowned for its beautiful architecture and vibrant parish community. In the evening, you will have free time to explore the city on your own.

  • CHENNAI

    Following breakfast, we will continue our journey to the Basilica of Our Lady of Good Health, commonly known as the Annai Velankanni Church Shrine, a revered site of miraculous healings and a major pilgrimage destination for Catholics in India, where we will partake in Mass. Next, we will visit the Our Lady of Light Shrine (Luz Church), one of the oldest churches in Chennai, steeped in history and a symbol of the enduring faith since the 16th century.

  • CHENNAI > PONDICHERRY

    In the early morning, we will check out from the hotel and journey to Pondicherry. Nestled along the southeastern coast of India, Pondicherry, also known as Puducherry, enchants visitors with its picturesque blend of French colonial charm, vibrant cultural heritage, and serene seaside ambiance.

    After lunch, we will visit the Sacred Heart Basilica, a magnificent Catholic church renowned for its stunning architecture and significance as a place of devotion and prayer.

  • PONDICHERRY

    After breakfast at the hotel, our first stop will be the Church of the Assumption and the Church of Our Lady of Angels, both historic landmarks showcasing Pondicherry's rich Catholic heritage and architectural splendor.

    Following our visit to these sacred sites, we will pause for lunch, followed by leisure time to explore the enchanting old town of Pondicherry. Here, you'll experience a captivating blend of old-world French colonial charm intertwined with the laid-back ambiance of an Indian village, all against the backdrop of serene beaches.

  • PONDICHERRY > VELANKANNI

    In the early morning, we will check out from the hotel and embark on a half-day journey to Velankanni. Upon arrival, we will enjoy lunch before proceeding to visit the Basilica of Our Lady of Good Health, a revered pilgrimage site known for its miraculous healing powers and deep spiritual significance to Catholics around the world.

  • VELANKANNI

    On the next day, we will return to the Basilica of Our Lady of Good Health to dedicate a full day to exploring this sacred pilgrimage site, immersing ourselves in its rich history, attending Mass, and taking part in prayers and devotions.

  • VELANKANNI > CHENNAI

    In the morning, we’ll check out and proceed to Chennai International Airport.

  • CHENNAI > KUALA LUMPUR

    Just after midnight, you will board your flight back to Malaysia.

    Then, it’s home sweet home!
