The Eternal City Rome, the Eternal City, is the spiritual center and "mother church" for Catholics around the world. It is distinguished by its role as the home of the Vatican City, the residence of the Holy See and the Pope.

During this pilgrimage, we'll explore various basilicas and shrines containing relics of our Lord Jesus Christ, delve into the rich histories of the Vatican and the ancient Jewish quarter, and enjoy a retreat at a monastery where a centuries-old incorruptible rest peacefully in the chapel.

  • 23 September to 2 October 2024
    (9 Days, 8 Nights)

  • We will take a morning flight departing from KLIA and have a layover at Dubai Airport. Subsequently, you will arrive at Rome–Fiumicino International Airport the same day.

  • In the morning, we will have a quick drop by at Piazza Navona, the Pantheon, the Trevi Fountain, and the Spanish Steps. Then, you will visit Trastevere. It's a unique blend of history, art, culture, and a relaxed atmosphere. During our visit, you will explore a Synagogue and the Jewish Museum, as well as the Basilica of Santa Maria in Trastevere and Chiesa di Santa Maria della Scala.

  • Early in the morning, we will queue at 7am for the Wednesday Papal Audience at 9am.

    Then you either Vatican Museum and the Sistine Chapel in the morning or Vatican Necropolis, Crypt, St. Peter's Basilica and if time permits you may also ascend to the Dome on your own.

  • We will start with a visit to the Basilica of the Holy Cross (St. Croce in Gerusalemme), followed by the St. John Lateran Basilica and the Holy Stairs at Scala Santa.

    After lunch, we will explore the Colosseum, and at the Basilica of St. Mary Major, you will take part in a private Mass at the Chapel Salus Populi.

    Overnight at Rome.

  • After breakfast, our journey took us to Assisi. Upon arrival, we will attend Mass at Basilica of Saint Clare, the final resting place of Saint Clare, where the revered Cross of San Damiano is also housed.

    Afterward, you will enjoy lunch nearby before proceeding to visit Cathedral of St. Rufino and Basilica of St. Francis. Here, you will pay our respects at the Tomb of St. Francis.

    Overnight at Assisi.

  • We will start our day with a private Mass at the Basilica of St. Mary of the Angels.

    After lunch you will travel to Monte Compatri. Here, you will spend some time for a retreat at Casa San Silvestro in Monte Compatri, offering a unique experience for a day retreat on this pilgrimage. Additionally, at the retreat center lies the incorruptible body of Ven. John of Jesus Mary OCD.

  • After breakfast, we will start the day with Mass, followed by a daily reflection at the retreat center.

    After lunch, we will take a stroll in Tivoli, a charming town renowned for its rich history, breathtaking scenery, and captivating villas, earning it the title 'Rome's Great Escape.'

    Overnight at Casa San Silvestro, Monte Compatri.

  • Before you leave the retreat center, you will have a Mass and reflection.

    Following this, you will embark on a shopping excursion for religious articles in Rome.

    Subsequently, you shall pay visits to St. Ignazio di Loyola Church and Chiesa di Gesu Church prior to dinner.

    Overnight at Rome.

  • On the following day, you will attend a private Feast Day Mass at the Church of Sta. Teresina in Panfilo.

    Then, you will proceed to Tre Fontane Abbey for q quick visit. Here is where St. Paul was beheaded. Next, you will visit the Basilica of St. Paul Outside the Walls.

    After lunch, you will make your way to Rome–Fiumicino International Airport to begin your journey back home.
