The Birthplace of Divine Mercy Devotion and St. Pope John Paul the Great

The Divine Mercy is a Catholic devotion to Jesus Christ associated with the reported apparitions of Jesus to St. Faustina Kowalska. Jesus requested that a special feast devoted to his Divine Mercy take place on the second Sunday of Easter, a day in which He would pour special graces out on the whole world.

Rev. Fr. Martin Arlando

He played a significant role in promoting the Divine Mercy devotion, and recognised the importance of the devotion and worked to spread it throughout the Catholic Church, making it an important aspect of modern Polish religious culture.
